Exchange and Return Policy

At IVERRA, we want you to be fully satisfied with your order. Please note the following:
* Exchanges and returns are only accepted at the time of delivery, while the courier is present.
* Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
* If you would like to return or exchange, please hand the items) directly back to the courier upon receiving your order.
* In case of receiving a defective or wrong item, the courier will return it immediately at no extra cost to you.
* If you would like to exchange for a different size, the customer is responsible for the shipping fees.
