Refund policy

At IVERRA, customer satisfaction is our priority.

* Returns and exchanges are only accepted at the time of delivery while the courier is present.
* Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.
* If you wish to return or exchange an item, please hand it directly to the courier upon delivery.
* Defective, damaged, or incorrect items will be returned immediately at no additional cost.
* For size exchanges, the customer is responsible for the shipping fees.
* Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange.
